Наиболее непростая ситуация с озимыми перед уходом в зиму наблюдалась в Самойловском, Базарно-Карабулакском и Балтайском районах. «При любом развитии ситуации, даже в случае необходимости частичного пересева, аграрии обеспечены семенами в полном объеме, сформирован страховой фонд» - рассказал губернатор Роман Бусаргин.
