Текущему главе следственного комитета России Александру Бастрыкину месяц назад исполнился 71 год. Путин переназначил его главой ведомства пять лет назад — в этом году у него истекает срок службы.
Чтобы оставить Бастрыкина на посту и не нарушить закон, Путин придумал новый закон и сам внес его в Госдуму.

But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences.
