И уже многократно доказано, что торопящиемя граждане, если светофор горит больше одной минуты, начинают перебегать, что провоцирует аварии. При длительном запрещающем сигнале пешеходы также начинают испытывать дискомфорт, раздражение, да и ненависть (сначала к светофору, а потом к мэрии, едросне и тд). Больше минуты красный гореть не должен!
