Домашнятина любимая. Или Цезарь, который совсем не Цезарь с черри, которые совсем не черри. И даже яйцом, которое совсем не перепелиное.

Ингредиенты:
• упаковка салата романо
• батон средний;
• грудка куриная;
• пармезан 200 гр;
• черри 10 шт;
• перепелиные яйца 6 шт.

Для соуса:
• оливк. масло — 170 мл;
• сок дольки лимона;
• анчоусы — 3 шт.;
• дижонская горчица — 1 ст. л. с горкой;
• майонез легкий 3 ст ложки;
• зубчик чеснока.

Филе натрите смесью соли, перца и оливкового масла. Положите его на сковороду и добавьте веточку свежего тимьяна для аромата, если есть. Можно сначала грудки отварить, тогда на обжарку с каждой стороны уйдет не больше 2 минут.
