❗️❗️По факту ДТП на северо-западе Москвы, в котором погиб ребенок, возбуждено уголовное дело
Следствием установлено, что 16 сентября 2024 года водитель автомобиля каршеринга, двигаясь на запрещающий сигнал светофора, по улице Планерной в городе Москве, совершил наезд на двух детей. От полученных повреждений мальчик 2012 года рождения скончался на месте происшествия. Пострадавшая девочка 2011 года рождения доставлена в одну из столичных больниц, ей оказывается квалифицированная медицинская помощь.
❗️По данному факту Тушинским межрайонным следственным отделом следственного управления по Северо-Западному административному округу Главного следственного управления Следственного комитета Российской Федерации по городу Москве возбуждено уголовное дело.
Следователями и криминалистами столичного СК осматривается место происшествия, изымаются записи с камер видеонаблюдения, назначаются необходимые судебные экспертизы, допрашиваются свидетели произошедшего.
❗️Водитель автомобиля задержан. В ближайшее время он будет доставлен в подразделение столичного СК для проведения следственных действий.

Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Unlike Silicon Valley giants such as Facebook and Twitter, which run very public anti-disinformation programs, Brooking said: "Telegram is famously lax or absent in its content moderation policy." Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised.
