Следственными органами СК России по Свердловской области по сообщению соцмедиа о воспрепятствовании оказанию медицинской помощи в городе Екатеринбурге возбуждено и расследуется уголовное дело (ст.124.1 УК РФ).
Ранее сообщалось, что уроженец иностранного государства – водитель такси в Екатеринбурге проткнул ножом колеса автомобиля скорой помощи, в котором в этот момент находилась пациентка, ее собирались везти в больницу. Водитель такси хотел выехать, и скорая ему в этом мешала. Председатель СК России поручил и.о. руководителя СУ СК России по Свердловской области Мирошниченко К.В. представить доклад о ходе расследования уголовного дела и установленных обстоятельствах.

During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market. Sebi said data, emails and other documents are being retrieved from the seized devices and detailed investigation is in progress.
