Однако он добавил: «По сути оцениваем данный приговор именно как оправдательный, поскольку никакая вина его, естественно, не доказана, Бестужев находится на свободе».
Решение об апелляционной жалобе адвокат и Бестужев пока не приняли. Сейчас Евгений поехал отдыхать домой.
