Томский областной суд условно-досрочно освободил Вячеслава Вишневского от отбывания наказания за взятку в 7 млн рублей главе Госстройнадзора Кемеровской области Танзиле Комковой, чтобы она «не заметила» нарушений при реконструкции здания ТЦ «Зимняя вишня» — в том числе отсутствия автоматической системы пожаротушения.
⭕️Вишневского за взятку приговорили к 8 годам колонии строгого режима в октябре 2022 года. Уже в январе 2024 года ему заменили лишение свободы обязательными работами.
⭕️⭕️В марте 2018 года в кемеровском торговом центре «Зимняя вишня» произошел крупный пожар. Погибли 60 человек, в том числе 37 детей. В здании не сработали противопожарные системы, были закрыты эвакуационные выходы.
