«Мы просто задыхаемся, если раньше мы могли хоть на ночь форточку открыть, то сейчас мы все закрываем».
Как сообщается в видео, местные власти запланировали общественные обсуждения, чтобы поменять назначение земельного участка — это даст возможность оставить свалку с мазутом рядом с жилыми домами.
Жители узнали о проведении обсуждения, по их словам, случайно — чиновники пытались скрыть проведение общественных обсуждений.
