Возможность подачи такого заявления на бумажном носителе исключена в силу положений пункта 2 приказа Минприроды России от 08.12.2020 № 1027 (ред. от 06.12.2023) «Об утверждении порядка подтверждения отнесения отходов I - V классов опасности к конкретному классу опасности» (с изм. и доп., вступ. в силу с 01.01.2025).
