В ответе на обращение председателя ВААК Муссы Экзекова абхазский посол Алхас Квициниа пояснил, что с 2009 года по сложившейся практике участки открывались только в Москве и Черкесске, и, согласно действующему законодательству, составы участковых избирательных комиссий должны утверждаться за 30 дней до выборов.

Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. "The result is on this photo: fiery 'greetings' to the invaders," the Security Service of Ukraine wrote alongside a photo showing several military vehicles among plumes of black smoke. Despite Telegram's origins, its approach to users' security has privacy advocates worried. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips.
