За 64 выпуска программы «Снято» — документального сериала о съемке другого фильма Тиграна Кеосаяна — сам артист получил 61 млн рублей, а его брат Давид — 56 млн. Деньги были переданы от АНО «Мой район» (проекта Сергея Собянина) студии «Белый лев», а та уже заплатила Кеосаяну. Похожим образом 104 млн рублей были переданы ООО «Симплсити», которая позже распределила их между Тиграном Кеосаяном, Давидом Кеосаяном и Алисой Симоньян — сестрой пропагандистки. Еще 150 млн рублей получила дочь Кеосаяна, Александра, напрямую от «Моего района» за проведение информационной компании в Сети. Таким образом, в семью пропагандистов попало 440 млн. рублей столичного бюджета.
Еще почти 300 млн руб от «Моего района» получили структуры Арама Габрелянова — владельца Mash и Lifeview, около 40 млн — Константин Малофеев и телеканал Царьград.
ФБК утверждает, что деньги от Сергея Собянина получали также Ксения Собчак (20 млн) и Алексей Венедиктов с помощью журнала «Дилетант» — 680 млн.
