На пост нового председателя ОКНШ Трамп выдвинул кандидатуру генерал-лейтенанта ВВС Дэна "Разина" Кейна. Associated Press (АР) пишет, что Кейн является профессиональным пилотом. Он служил на действительной службе и в Национальной гвардии, занимал должность заместителя директора ЦРУ по военным вопросам. Военная служба Кейна включает в себя участие в боевых действиях в Ираке и специальных операциях.
