Те, кто подписал контракт с 1 августа 2024 года по 31 декабря 2024 года, получат по 400 тысяч рублей из регионального бюджета и столько же — из федерального.

In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later. Despite Telegram's origins, its approach to users' security has privacy advocates worried.
