Сегодня в Санкт-Петербурге отмечается День Мариуполя – нашего города-побратима.

Во время каждого визита в Мариуполь много общаюсь с его жителями. Это удивительные люди. Стойкие, волевые, со своим стержнем и характером, схожим с ленинградским.

Искренняя благодарность, которую они неизменно передают петербуржцам, вдохновляет и придаёт сил.

От имени Петербурга желаю городу-побратиму процветания. Мы рядом, мы вместе.

Telegram users are able to send files of any type up to 2GB each and access them from any device, with no limit on cloud storage, which has made downloading files more popular on the platform. One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government.
