В преддверии Дня защитника Отечества сотрудники управления культуры Каспийска совершили трогательный визит к семьям погибших защитников Родины.
Встречи с матерями и детьми, потерявшими своих мужей и отцов на поле боя, сопровождались вручением подарков и словами искренней благодарности за воспитание таких отважных сыновей.
Акция стала возможной благодаря поддержке депутата НС РД Заура Расулова.
