Сегодня нулевой день Съезда «Единой России». На дискуссионных площадках врио секретаря Генсовета нашей партии Владимир Якушев говорит о роли «первичек». Эти отделения выполняют всю основную партийную работу на земле, слышат наказы избирателей и передают их в центр. Именно поэтому 2024 год был объявлен председателем партии Дмитрием Медведевым Годом «первичек». Уже создан Совет первичных организаций, а с 1 января начнёт действовать Положение о первичных отделениях.
Документ примем завтра на Съезде «Единой России». Также внесём изменения в народную программу партии. Это нужно сделать, чтобы она учитывала все поручения президента и соответствовала новым нацпроектам, которые заработают в нашей стране уже в январе 2025 года.
