- Свердловская область - 106 млрд, - Челябинская область - 25,2 млрд рублей, меньше на 100 млн; - Курганская область - 17,7 млрд рублей, ничего не изменилось за месяц; - ХМАО - 11,2 млрд рублей, не изменился; - ЯНАО - 6,9 млрд рублей, остался прежним; - Тюменская область - более 813 млн рублей (рост на 35 млн рублей).

The Russian invasion of Ukraine has been a driving force in markets for the past few weeks. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read." Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government.
