При составлении классификации учитывался ряд факторов: качество медицины и образования, экология, уровень дохода и пр. Эксперты оценили 75 городов с населением более 250 тысяч человек.

However, the AFP, citing a Pentagon official, said the U.S. hasn’t yet seen evidence that Belarusian troops are in Ukraine.
