Вчера появилась новость, что власти Москвы согласовали строительство жилого комплекса рядом со зданием Черемушкинского рынка на ул. Вавилова.

Общая площадь комплекса составит 42 390 м². При этом сам рынок планируется сохранить.

До перевода участка под жилую застройку на нем было согласовано строительство комплекса апартаментов площадью 36 622 м². Компания Wainbridge выступала fee-девелопером проекта.

Это не первый совместный проект бизнесмена Мирослава Мельника, который считается одним из совладельцев Черемушкинского рынка, и девелопера Wainbridge. С 2021 года партнеры занимаются реновацией здания ресторана «Прага» на Новом Арбате в Москве.

Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups.
