Коллеги из «Небоскребов России» нашли новый вариант второй очереди комплекса iCity в «Москва-Сити».

Не уверен, что это актуальный вариант, т.к. ранее всплывал другой вариант небоскреба, но на строительной площадке комплекса начались буровые работы.

Напомню, что на участке MR Group собирается построить гостинично-деловой комплекс общей площадью 125 278 м².

Предельная высота застройки на участке составит 300 метров.
