Воскресная московская стройка: жилой комплекс «Дом на Зорге» от девелопера ГК «А101».

Жилой комплекс возводится в районе Сокол по адресу: ул. Зорге, вл. 25

Комплекс состоит из двух секций, высота каждой — 16 этажей. Всего в доме будет 308 квартир, включая квартиры с террасами на втором и 16 этажах.

На данный момент на строительной площадке выполняются монолитные работы, кладка наружных и внутренних стен и перегородок. Ввод комплекса в эксплуатацию запланирован на третий квартал 2025 года.

По данным портала «наш.дом.рф», за время строительства девелопер смог реализовать 60% (195 из 308) квартир.

Отмечу, что изначально ГК «А101» планировала построить на этом участке апарт-комплекс, но девелопер смог перевести проект в жилье.
