19 ноября 2024 курсам НВП "Рокот Алтай-Вымпел" исполнилось два года. За этот период мы подготовили свыше 60 курсантов, 15 из них выполняли либо выполняют воинский долг в зоне проведения СВО. В честь двухлетия курсов, мы провели семинар на тему "Опорный пункт" с привлечением военнослужащих Спецназа, имеющих опыт боевых действий в зоне СВО, обучили сводные группы курсантов и выпускников курсов, действующих бойцов спецназа одного из правоохранительных органов, молодёжи ВППЦ "Вымпел".
Мы готовим резервы, учим патриотизму подрастающее поколение.

Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine, an account on the Telegram messaging platform posing as President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged his armed forces to surrender. But Kliuchnikov, the Ukranian now in France, said he will use Signal or WhatsApp for sensitive conversations, but questions around privacy on Telegram do not give him pause when it comes to sharing information about the war. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. Despite Telegram's origins, its approach to users' security has privacy advocates worried. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours.
