Ветеран Великой Отечественной войны Филипп Сафронович Оловягин отметил 101-й день рождения.

"Филипп Сафронович Оловягин, участник Великой Отечественной войны, отпраздновал 101-й день рождения. Во время войны он был ранен под Великими Луками, участвовал в освобождении Польши и встретил Победу в Одесской области в составе войск НКВД", — сообщили в госадминитрации Рыбницы.

После войны Оловягин отдал 32 года службе в милиции, занимая должности инструктора служебного собаководства, инспектора и оперативного дежурного.

▪️Сегодня поздравления ветеран принимал в кабинете начальника Рыбницкого ОВД.

Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts.
