Александру Владимировичу лучше бы зрить в корень, а он как всегда замыливает основной вопрос своими личными разборками. Сама по себе межрегиональная кооперация очень даже перспективный проект, но вот больше нет локомотива и архитектора этой движухи Александра Усса, экс-губернатора Красноярского края. Сменился и руководитель Тувы, также активно продвигавший КРЕС. Так что, проект вроде живой, но один Исаев в Хакасии совершенно точно не отвечает за его всемирное воплощение. А у Мяхара есть своя ответственная работа, желательно сосредоточиться на ней.
