ВКрасноярском крае проведут эксперимент по квотированию выбросов в атмосферу
Минприроды России дополнило список городов, включённых в экспериментальную программу определения нормы загрязняющих веществ. Она проводится в рамках федерального проекта «Чистый воздух».
В перечень вошли региональные города: Минусинск, Лесосибирск и Ачинск. Список опубликован на сайте министерства. Ранее в него были включены Красноярск и Норильск.
«В отношении приоритетных загрязняющих веществ для квотируемых объектов Росприроднадзором определяются допустимые вклады в концентрации их в атмосферном воздухе и устанавливаются квоты выбросов (величины допустимых выбросов загрязняющих веществ в атмосферный воздух)», - сообщается на сайте Президента России.
Вполне возможно, что такая мера, может хоть и не поможет решить проблему качества воздуха в регионе раз и навсегда, но значительно улучшит ситуацию.
