Утром и днем местами на территории республики будет дуть сильный ветер от 15 до 18 м/с (в Казани – до 15 м/с). По шкале Бофорта ветер силой от13,9 до 17,1 м/с называется крепким, а от 17,2 до 20,7 м/с – очень крепким. Кроме того, как в темное, так и в светлое время суток кое-где по региону опустится туман.
В утренние часы вероятно образование гололеда. При этом как ночью, так и днем на дорогах республики, включая ее столицу, образуется сильная гололедица. Ночью местами по Татарстану (но не в Казани) вероятен небольшой снег. Температура воздуха в ночные часы составит от 4 до 9 градусов ниже нуля.
