Такой рост - много – треть российской годовой добычи, отрасли создававшейся десятилетиями. Кроме собственной угледобычи, Китай наращивает и импорт. По прогнозам Национальной угольной ассоциации КНР, импорт угля в Китай в этом году достигнет 400 млн тонн – на четверть больше, чем в прошлом году, а также больше установленного в 2013 рекорда - 327 млн тонн. Судя по темпам роста добычи и импорта угля, уже по итогам года Китай выйдет на новый исторический максимум потребления. Дело в том, что за два последних года Китай ввел в строй порядка 150ГВт угольных ТЭС (вся российская энергосистема около 245 ГВт). Это значит, что высокие цены на уголь будут сохраняться, а пик потребления угля в мире (вопреки прогнозам МЭА) вновь заметно сдвигается вправо.

In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Unlike Silicon Valley giants such as Facebook and Twitter, which run very public anti-disinformation programs, Brooking said: "Telegram is famously lax or absent in its content moderation policy." Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
