❗️О проведении проверки по факту смерти постояльца в круглосуточном учреждении социального обслуживания
По поручению прокуратуры республики прокуратура г. Якутска, в том числе по сообщениям ресурсов информации, с выездом на место проводит проверку по факту смерти постояльца, 1956 г.р., в Республиканском доме интернате для престарелых и инвалидов им. В.П. Решетникова.
Установлено, что труп пожилого мужчины обнаружен персоналом 3 января 2025 года после вскрытия двери комнаты. Причина смерти устанавливается, назначена судебно - медицинская экспертиза.
В ходе проверки прокуратура даст оценку обеспечения надлежащих условий проживания постояльцев, действиям (бездействию) должностных лиц, их ответственности и другим вопросам.
По результатам проверки будут приняты меры прокурорского реагирования.
