1 декабря работники лесного хозяйства Тамбовской области приступят к заготовке новогодних сосен и елей. В этом году планируют срубить на продажу около 10 тысяч новогодних деревьев. Об этом сообщает Правительство региона. Ели и сосны можно приобрести в лесхозах области по цене от 400 рублей. Также их будут продавать на специальных елочных базарах.
Напомним, за каждое незаконно срубленное хвойное дерево нарушители привлекаются к уголовной ответственности. Сумма штрафа для должностных лиц увеличивается в десятки, а юридических лиц — в сотни раз. Также с нарушителя взыскивают причинённый лесному фонду ущерб в размере 7447 рублей за каждое срубленное дерево.
По информации департамента лесного хозяйства Тамбовской области, в прошлом году зафиксированных случаев незаконных рубок хвойных деревьев не было. Специалисты регионального департамента лесного хозяйства призывают граждан не нарушать лесное законодательство и не рубить хвойные деревья.
