Лично мне вот это фото трех туалетов на Венце все сразу говорит и об уровне трех управлений мэрии Ульяновска

- о наличии в Ульяновске главного архитектора и ее уровне

- о наличии и исполнении должностных обязанностей экологами мэрии

- о наличии и исполнении должностных обязанностей управлением административно-технического надзора

На мой сугубо личный взгляд знающего нормативку жителя Ульяновска - Симбирска,
для кого вид с Венца - достояние - тут нарушения массы правил,
и для меня лично это -испорченный вид, перспектива на Волгу , когда подходишь с площади.
Профессионалы, 🤬, вы другого места не нашли???

Вы про перспективу что-то слышали? про Вид?
Про близость к корням деревьев и тп?
Про бровку оползня, куда врезать что -либо вообще не нужно, молчу.
