Виталий Викторович в начале 2021 года знакомил с секретными документами сотрудников предприятия, не имеющих доступа к ним. Его действия создали условия для совершения преступления, предусмотренного статьей 283 Уголовного кодекса РФ. Официальные комментарии правоохранители не предоставили. Напомним, что Виталий Викторович Шумских возглавил ГУП Оренбургремдорстрой, прибыв на работу в Оренбург из Свердловской области по рекомендации губернатора Оренбургской области Паслера.
