▫️Проект о признании утратившим силу закона о размещении сведений о доходах, расходах и имуществе депутатов Оренбургской области и членов их семей поступил в Заксоб. Его рассмотрят на тринадцатом заседании ЗС, которое состоится 15 марта.
▫️Проект поступил в Заксоб на минувшей неделе, 8 февраля. В случае, если он будет принят, то вступит в силу после дня его официального опубликования.
▫️В пояснительной записке сообщается, что проект вынесен на рассмотрение в связи со вступлением в силу федерального закона, который предусматривает размещение в открытом доступе лишь обобщенной информации без указания персональных данных. Уточняется, что принятие данного проекта не приведет к изменению доходов, расходов, источников финансирования дефицита областного бюджета и бюджетов муниципальных образований.
