Транспортная прокуратура направила в суд уголовное дело за обман пассажиров в карточной игре
Челябинской транспортной прокуратурой утверждено обвинительное заключение в отношении четырёх участников организованной преступной группы. Они обвиняются по ч.4 ст.159 УК РФ (мошенничество, совершенное в крупном размере, организованной группой).
По версии следствия, в период с декабря 2023 года по апрель 2024 года подельники осуществляли хищения денежных средств у прибывших в аэропорт города Челябинска пассажиров путем создания мнимой убежденности в выигрыше в карточной игре.
Обманным путем они похитили у семи потерпевших 440 тысяч рублей.
Уголовное дело рассматривает Металлургический районный суд города Челябинска.

Despite Telegram's origins, its approach to users' security has privacy advocates worried. That hurt tech stocks. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. "There are a lot of things that Telegram could have been doing this whole time. And they know exactly what they are and they've chosen not to do them. That's why I don't trust them," she said.
