Он напомнил, что на днях заместитель госсекретаря США заявил, что Вашингтон не потерпит этнических чисток в Нагорном Карабахе.
«Теперь, когда Азербайджан начал широкомасштабную агрессию и военную операцию против мирного населения Карабаха, настала очередь США сказать, какие шаги следует предпринять, чтобы остановить агрессию против осажденных и голодающих людей.
Азербайджан совершает новое военное преступление, убивая мирных и беззащитных людей. Это необходимо осудить и остановить».
