Если это не предвзятое отношение, чем обусловлен выбор именно Чеченской Республики? Чем ситуация в Чеченской Республике отличается от других субъектов России? Разве в нашем регионе есть информационные риски, которых нет в других регионах страны? <…>
Мы настоятельно призываем пересмотреть это решение, учитывая что жители региона имеют такое же право на получение и распространение информации, как и другие граждане нашей страны».
