В 2018 году Саратов был на 8-м месте по расходам на одного жителя. Тогда на одного саратовца тратилось порядка 16 тысяч рублей. В 2019 году Саратов вышел на 5 место, в 2020 – на 4-е, когда на одного жителя тратилось более 26000 рублей. И вот в этом году расходы на одного жителя составляют около 31000 рублей.
Исаев также отметил, что Саратов по этим показателям превзошел похожие города: Уфу, Волгоград, Ижевск, Оренбург.
Вся эта отчетность, конечно, прекрасна. Но ведь на деле всё не так уж и хорошо. Может расходы и растут,а качество жизни явно не улучшается.🤷♀️

And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
