У судзе Чыгуначнага раёна Гомеля па новай крымінальнай справе асудзілі 66-гадовую актывістку з Пружанаў Алену Гнаук, якая ўжо адбывала тэрмін у 3 гады і 6 месяцаў зняволення па трох іншых справах.
Спачатку Алену асудзілі да 2 гадоў «хатняй хіміі» па «справе карагодаў». Потым дадалі яшчэ год за «абразу прэзідэнта». А за пасты ў Facebook і Instagram, дзе Алена распавядала пра курдскія сем’і і становішча мігрантаў у Беларусі, яе адправілі ў калонію.
Цяпер Гнаук судзілі паводле ч. 1 арт. 411 КК (злоснае непадпарадкаванне патрабаванням адміністрацыі калоніі).
Справу разглядаў суддзя Яраслаў Парэмскі. А саму Алену на суд не дапусцілі.
