Доброе субботнее🤍 Чтоб не бегать за имбирными шотами в зожные кафе, можно все это устроить у себя на кухне. Впрок:) Идея супер, я как вернусь из поездки, займусь заготовочками. А пока в каждом месте, куда я приезжаю, ищу шоты, а то все вокруг кашляют.
Берем на 12 порций: 450 г кокосовой воды 🥥 200 г имбиря 🫚 2 апельсина 🍊 2 лимона 🍋 1 ст. л. или 7 г куркумы 1 ч. л. черного перца 1/4 ч. л. кайенского перца
Моем, чистим, нарезаем, все смешиваем в блендере, процеживаем и разливаем по баночкам😉
