Дорогая администрация сколько можно издеваться над народом, мы и не однократно писали и просили нам помочь но вам на нас наплевать. В дер. Красная гора идёт разбор здания бывшего дом отдыха, плиты и битый кирпич возят большими машинами через платину или точно сказать дамбу которая находиться в аварийном состоянии если она рухнет нам её не кто не востановит , мы эту платину за свой счёт пытаемся как то сохранить запустили мольков . А тут появился не понятно кто и откуда и рушит то что ему не пренадлежит. Мы просим у вас, помощи если вы ещё Глава городского округа

The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events." However, the perpetrators of such frauds are now adopting new methods and technologies to defraud the investors.
