The page is rife with disinformation, according to The Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, which studies digital extremism and published a report examining the channel. For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets.
