Что больше в вечере, - воспоминания о прожитом дне или предощущений ночных грёз и надежд на светлое утро? Но вечер, главным образом, ценен сам по себе, с его замедляющейся перемоткой и сверчковым стуком шестерней памяти. Здесь представлены некоторые мои вечерне-летние работы за разные годы.

And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors.
