Вечером 25 декабря провели традиционную Ёлку главы города Якутска для лучших и отличившихся в 2024 году учащихся школ.
Всегда приятно и волнительно вручать награды горожанам, добившимся больших результатов, ярких побед и достижений в своей сфере, но особенно – молодежи, подрастающему поколению, школьникам.

Стипендии главы в этот вечер получили сто отличившихся учащихся школ – самых спортивных, самых творческих, самых прилежных и вдумчивых, самых общественно активных. Победителей отобрала конкурсная комиссия. А для тех, кому совсем чуть-чуть не хватило до победы, есть шанс проявить себя в 2025 году! Удача им обязательно улыбнется!

"This war in Ukraine is going to give the Fed the ammunition, the cover that it needs, to not raise interest rates too quickly. And this seems like an excuse to kick the can further down the road still and not do too much too soon." Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Again, in contrast to Facebook, Google and Twitter, Telegram's founder Pavel Durov runs his company in relative secrecy from Dubai.
