Финансирование в адрес ППК РЭО имеет и должно иметь некий результат. Не просто же так деньги перечисляют и не просто так там работают.
Должен быть измеримый результат.
И он есть, он фиксируется в Постановлении Правительства РФ от 20.12.2019 №1727. Но проблема в том, что этот результат постоянно меняют, то есть вносят изменения в указанный НПА. Тут уже было несколько постов (раз и два).
В конце прошлого года был очередной заход на внесение изменений на снижение. Тут вот проект. Я там оставил единственный камент, вы можете увидеть его и ответ, который я получил (зайдите в каменты или по ссылке выше на проект нажать).
Короче, единственный комментарий не учли и сказали, что так надо ☺️
