Направляю обращения и в очередной раз задаюсь риторическим вопросом: как при такой огромной бюджетной обеспеченности программ благоустройства, можно заниматься такой халтурой (и ничего за это не будет,но это не точно😅).
Сегодня у людей практически нет возможности контролировать расход бюджетных средств: проявить свое несогласие, например, депутаты могли только голосуя не только против принятия бюджета, но и против отчёта о его исполнении.
