Садвакасов обвиняется в мошенничестве и подстрекательстве к даче взятки. По данным следствия, в 2023 году он вместе с адвокатом Курманбаевым предложил возбудить дело против бизнес-партнеров по разработке месторождения "Обуховское". Получив 90 млн тенге, они присвоили деньги и не выполнили обещанное.
