Теперь суд заново рассмотрит дело, статью могут переквалифицировать на 114 УК РФ: максимальное наказание по ней — 2 года исправительных работ или лишение свободы до 2 лет.

Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte.
