На протяжении двух лет на Донской земле шли тяжелые бои. Наши бойцы храбро сражались за каждое село и улицу, штурмовали укрепленные фашистами узлы обороны. Только благодаря отваге солдат и мирных граждан враг был повержен.
Наш долг - помнить об ужасах Великой Отечественной войны, о подвиге наших предков, показавших силу патриотического духа и беззаветной любви к Родине.
Благодарю ветеранов войны, работников тыла, всех тех, кто помогал восстанавливать мирную жизнь в области после зверств немецко-фашистских захватчиков. Кто боролся за свободу будущих поколений и страны.

Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred."
