В Нурлатском районе из-за сильного снегопада на вызов к задыхающемуся ребенку не смогла добраться скорая помощь. Тогда на помощь отправился экипаж Госавтоинспекции, но и полицейские не смогли проехать к месту.
Лейтенант полиции Марат Хисамов, не теряя времени, оставил автомобиль и пешком через сугробы добрался до дома ребёнка. Он взял малышку на руки и, несмотря на сложные погодные условия, донёс её до патрульного автомобиля.
Посадив в машину маму с ребёнком и сотрудницу скорой помощи, инспектор использовал специальный сигнал и оперативно доставил малышку в больницу, где ей оказали необходимую помощь.
