Сухогруз «An Yang 2», нагруженный 56 тоннами дизельного топлива и 706 тоннами мазута получил пробоину и сел на мель южнее порта Невельск. На борту находятся 20 членов экипажа, они являются гражданами КНР.
Сейчас судно находится примерно в 200 м от береговой линии, с экипажем налажена связь. В медицинской помощи люди не нуждаются.

Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea. Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts.
